That paints a great picture of God’s majestic plan, but Jesus’ ultimate answer is it’s “A Kingdom Not from Here”
In John 18:36, Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jewish leaders. But now my kingdom is from another place.”
Jesus’ kingdom is not upheld by armies or defended by violence. It is a kingdom of transformed hearts, not conquered territories. The world cannot stop what it did not start.
Yes, a kingdom the world cannot control. Thank you, Jesus, for allowing us to be forgiven and that the resurrection proves that truth ultimately triumphs over every earthly power.
